False advertizing on their maternity programme - No associated radiologists as promised.

My new wife and I decided to join a medical aid together after the wedding, and noticed that Momentum Health had decent maternal cover and we went with it because we had plans of having a baby.

We signed up for the option to have all our scans, blood tests and birth covered, as long as we went to an associated clinic. (Otherwise its partial coverage)

We had some small scans done, at a non-associated clinic, and Momentum paid out partially, not a problem, thank you.

We looked at the associated clinic list and chose one for the major scan, Louis Leipoldt to be specific. After claiming, a very small partial amount was paid back for this scan. When I queried, the agent informed me that the specific radiologist within Louis Leipoldt, was not an associated partner. When advertized, Momentum provides you with an associated clinic list, but then it's up to you to dig deeper. This is unacceptable!

I then asked the agent for an associated list of radiologists, for potential future scans, and they rep**** with "We have no associated radiologists". They promise fully covered scans, yet they don't have any associated radiologists? ***?!!?!

As well as this, blood-work is promised to be covered, yet they made us pay the full amount there too.

I feel ******, and I am heavily disappointed in myself for joining Momentum. Great on paper but *****s you when you need them.
