Extending membership shouldn't be this difficult!!

We have had our cover with Momentum now for two years, low maintenance members if I may say, no skipped premiums or anything like that. Was looking at other medical aids to make sure we have the best cover for what we pay so gave notice a bit prematurely, but in between organizing a wedding and going on honeymoon didn't get to sorting out the medical side so had to extend our medical aid for another month thinking we were going to change over. At the last minute we decided we are just going to remain on Momentum and requested for an extension and now it has taken them since the 28th of July to have something as simple as extending our medical aid. I cannot believe that there is no ability to speak to someone with authority to action something like this as a priority. Both my husband and I are reps on the road and have not been covered for the last 4 days due to someone not having authority to extend our medical aid. It's not like we have a history of defaulting or sick people milking our medical aid. We are good healthy members and a request such as this should surely be escalated quite damn easily. There are many other medical aids out but we chose to stay with you guys so please get our cover reinstated with immediate effect and add a savings pocket as requested in my email. And please don't contact the main member, my husband, as this is my admin to deal with. Yesterday they called my husband and he wasn't aware that we are staying on and accidentally told them to terminate. I am the point of contact and the payee and I have instructed you on email to extend it indefinitely. Thank you
