EXCELLENT SERVICE

I do not want to go into detail of the whole story, but basically I was very upset with service I had received from numerous consultants, I then wanted to speak to a manager and I managed to get through to an executive member, Prean Lazarus- He managed to calm me down and give detailed feedback. After he gained all my trust he made an additional follow-up this morning to see if I had received the funds and to apologise once again. Because of this advisor, I will stay at Momentum as I like to keep my Momentum flag high, all my policies are at Momentum and Prean insured that it remains that way. I am absolutely impressed with this gentlemans service and he definitely deserves great recognition.
