Excellent Customer Service and good medical aid

Hi Guys I just want to applaud Wandisa Mdleleni for giving me excellent customer service and I feel she deserve this review.

its the first time I have experience such good customer service in South Africa. Wandisa resolved my query from start to end, she called me and emailed me when I was promised.when I called momentum a few times and the customer service agents I spoke to was helpful but wandisa really went the extra mile ,to make sure my query was resolved.

well done momentum health for having wandisa on your team .

80% of the time I receive good customer service from momentum. there are people at momentum, I experienced that have no customer s**** and are rude but there is more good than bad.

As for Momentum health as a medical aid , yes I would recommend anyone joining them. my daughter is under their oncology fund and never ever have they denied my daughter any type of medication or surgery. whatever my daughters oncologist needed to do, momentum gave authorization without hesitation. I only appreciated this when I had a bad experience with another medical aid.
