Don't give all information

I called in to notify Momentum of my pregnancy. They told me I could only register my pregnancy between 8 and 20 weeks. Which is fine. However they neglected to inform me that all doctors visits FOR MY PREGNANCY will NOT be covered until I register. therefore the 2 visits I have made with my doctor is not covered? How could you NOT inform a client on this valuable piece of information?<br> Its true what they say, medical aid is just a money making scheme<br> I have been with momentum for over 2 years and paying them a fortune and they will not even cover 2 appointments? Ridiculous service.<br> I am warning everyone about asking thoroughly for everything as the conveniently leave out these vital details during the most expensive time in your life!!! Thanks Momentum!
