Dodging payment

I requested as authorisation for HIV from Momentum Health and they granted it. They gave the codes to be used by the pathologist . I then went on to Lancert to do the test and the pathology asked to be paid cash as I went there in person. The code loaded by the pathologist was differrent from the ones that Momentum Health gave.<br> <br> The pathologists cannot change because I went there in person and 9999 is the code for client referrals.<br> <br> Momentum Health does not specify that we must go do this via the Dr but they just give pathology codes.<br> <br> I want my money back. I did the authorisation. Next time make it clear that your clients must go via Dr to do this damn test.<br> <br> Just pay my money.<br> <br> You are full of stories. You force your employees to take your medical aid and give up on other good schemes like Discovery and take your half cooked medical health idea.<br> <br> Just pay my money back.<br>
