Do not use Momentum

Good day I am absolutely disgusted with momentum at this point. How do I have a Medical aid that I pay every month on time but you as the medical aid don't even want to pay the state hospital bills. There is always a problem when i submit a claim. Ever since last year when I was pregnant I had issues with you guys to pay my hospital bills when I gave birth and it was at a Network hospital. I phoned a while back and asked if I went to a State hospital I.E: Tygerberg Hospital and get an MRI done on my baby you will pay the MRI costs. Today when I phoned, call referance ***, I was informed it will not be paid unless it is a PMB. My question to you is HOW come no one knows What is going on at your medical aid. AT NO POINT BEFORE WAS I TOLD IT SHOULD BE A PMB. ITS A STATE HOSPITAL FOR **** SAKES. HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT WANT TO PAY ANYTHING THERE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be cancelling my medical aid by you in the near future and I will tell everyone I know to not get a medical aid by you as you are money greedy. You want your monthly payments for members but you do not want to pay anything for them.
