Do not treat Momentum Medical Aid Patients

Momentum Medical Aid has to be the worst medical Aid, so we have treated a Patient, authorisation granted by them, submitted claims, no payment.

Claims are rejected reason being it is not covered by the Scheme… why were we given authorisation then!

I wrote a review here on Hello Peter and some lady called me saying they will investigate and call me the following day, till today dololo.

I just did a follow up now the 26/03/2026 im being told my query and claims have not been sent to claims department the incompetency is top nortch
