If you are here because you are considering jumping ship from your current medical aid scheme to Momentum, I can tell you from firsthand experience, it is not worth it. They ignore every email and deduct money for a medical aid that isn't even active. I went back to Discovery immediately. It may be a little more expensive but I can tell you it is worth it when the customer service is 1000 times better!
