Do not be misled.
The information regarding the Extender 'Any' plan states the following 'Cover for 62 conditions: 26 conditions, according to Chronic Disease List in Prescribed Minimum Benefits: no annual limit applies 36 additional conditions: limited to R9 300 per family per year.
It does not state that the cover for the 36 additional conditions covers MEDICATION only, that is if the medication is on their formulary, for this lack of service an individual is paying nearly R6000 per month. A totally unprofessional organisation, even the CEO does not acknowledge or respond to emails.
