Disgusting service from Mlondolozi Anele Zulu

I didn't know that momentum health can be so heartless, rude, inhuman but they say they are a medical aid company that puts people's health first. I had an interaction with a consultant working in the emergency line after hours by the Mlondolozi Anele Zulu (as he provided with such arrogance as I only requested his first name and surname), Ref: ********** 05.I called as I had been advised that I had just had a miscarriage. I joined the medically aid and I did disclose that I was pregnant and was advised about the exclusion.
I called to find out if they could assist in anyway and he said no.
I insisted if he could check as it is a PMB condition of which he too confirmed that is a PMB condition. He told me that it's not covered because of the my 3 months gen waiting period.
I then a requested an ambulance to take me to the state facility as it was an emergency and he said no.
I then called a little while later requesting an ex gratia application form, he refused and it's this point he then said we called an emergency line and they don't deal with ex gratia forms. On this call he said ex gratia is open 24 hrs. I begged for him to put the request through and he said no. I asked to speak to his team leader and he said he's the only one working on the floor.(which is strange for such a big company to have one person working the entire emergency facility). I then asked him to assist with the ex gratia and he said he will do it the next day when they come in as they don't work 24 hrs (which contradicts his prior statement). I then asked if he could contact someone to assist as it was an emergency, after an extensive debate he finally agreed to get hold of his supervisor. His promised TAT was 5-10mins but I wasn't contracted within that time frame. When he came back to me he said he could not reach his supervisor (Nalini Sukdieo). The we asked him to check with someone else and he came back and said Linda Duma from the clinical department and said no. He even refused to send the ex gratia documents to my doctor to fill in which is within my right to do so and I understand that it could be declined. Under a situation like that I deserved to be given that opportunity and be treated fairly like any other client. The rudeness and arrogance in the way Mlondolozi Anele Zulu handled the situation is absolutely appalling and disgusting for a company with such a good reputation.
