A medical aid that I use to once trust I am now so disgusted by... I am unemployed and was on the Ingwe option for a few years then came off it due to the person assisting me to pay relocated and I could not pay for this any longer.. when I wanted to reinstate the medical aid this year they told me it was too late an I need to reapply.. I had to call in everyday an request feedback which they said was sent to me however I did not receive it an give them info which they already had on the system.. initially I paid R1548 and today I receive A damn letter which I had to call in to receive that the medical aid has increased to R2434 and exclusions which were not even a proper medical problem for 12 months.. what the hell..??? How am I supposed to get 1000 more for an unemployed mother of two.. You guys requested an affidavit an you got that and now have to deal with this bull****. I use to damn reccomend you guys to everyone I came across... I'm definitely taking this to the papers.. Thanks Momentum !!!
