Disappointed client
I have been on my phone for over 45min with Momentom health, I was transferred 14times and all 14 times no one could assist in selling me a medical aid, their service was pathetic by transferring to different departments, I am totally disappointed and appalled with all the staff who assisted me Seems they don’t know what’s going on, hence I wanted to buy a medical aid
