depandant not loaded, after 3months

<p>1st called them on the 17 aug 2016. enq was given the info to make us of.</p> <p>months later after not recieving my new cards i enquired again. to my surprise</p> <p>they had not recieved my email with the docs. i lost it but kept my cool. enquired again</p> <p>was told that i must re send. i sent. it was not Enough according to Senzo the Team Leader,</p> <p>who started changing the story, docs on file yes, but aince it's been so long wara wara you</p> <p>need to send a new updated medical records. now a lot happens in 3moths, like finding out that</p> <p>you are pregnant when you would no have know 3months earlier. that is the case, since we</p> <p>now knew she was about 3months pregnant, we were honest but stupid to declare this info</p> <p>to them, but who hides such as it's bound to come out eventually.</p> <p> </p> <p>i refuse to have a waiting period fot my partner either than the normal 3month waiting period,</p> <p>which according to my 1st application, should have began 01/09/16. any other waiting period</p> <p>will make me loose my mind. CAN you load my depandant already. make matter worse fund were</p> <p>deducted and refund by my HR depertment, all in the bundling up of the 'New Business Dept'</p> <p> </p>
