Denying to make payment to the hospital

On the 29 May 2019 was admitted to hospital for emergency C section then then was a corpayment issue but was told if they are goner waived it there's a person called Manda Vanwyk at netcare who's the one who told me that if the co payment will be waived because that was confirmed before my case was attended they Nomzamo from the scheme confirmed that to Manda and the medical advisor confirmed that too to the doctor reference no for that is *** my baby life was in danger that why didnt give birth to mediclinic which is mediclinic is 100 percent rate. But ather not that why the doctor sink advice to. Medical advisors before he take my case he need to save baby life. More than anything but till today they never make payment all they are doing they are denying everything they are saying i have refused to go to ather hospital that they must go to the hospital that they were providing myself too which that the lie on my understanding the doctor who saved my baby life was the only dotor who was willing to take my case because my baby was too small weighting 380 g on that time was admitted now i dont understand why they are doing this they are saying am responsible for the payment of 11000 and something since last year am be doing follow up and now am about to be handed over was given 5 to 7days to make the payment the this week on monday on the 24 february 2020 i made follow up was told by Noni if they are goner listern all the call then get back to me on the same day they never did Tuesday 25 february 2020 called again same promise happen but still nothing today again as 26febr i called waited for almost 40min up untill my airtime was finish now am stressing because netcare hospital want their money am not enjoying my baby i have all the reference numbers 1.***.***.*** I have more enough reference number to prove am be doing follow ups on this issue nothing is happening i feel like am be failed by my medical aid now the manager who suppose listern to this calls doesn't do the job Jayne
