Debit order

My debit order was deducted before our contractual date in December, I wrote a complaint to Bloom Momentum and I only received feedback in January 2022. The lady who called me said she will send me an email with my voice note agreeing to be deducted on the 15 Dec 2021 I'm yet to receive that email. I get paid on the last day of every month even in December as we do not get bonuses. My bank sent me an sms stating that my account has depleted and I got charged panalties!!! I have not received any feedback since my complaint with the reference no. ***
