Debit did not go off I was not informed

Debit did not go off I was not informed. Lucky I had to get medication yesterday and realised my medical aid was susspended. Made payment today and was then told system can not be overwritten so I will pay double in March. Imagine I was in a car accident ... fell ill ... unaware of medical suspension. They would not have covered me but yet month en will take double payment. I have R21 000 in my savings account but could not get R200 medication yesterday. 🙄
