Dangerous incompetence

Between the 1st of June and the 13th I had contact with various parties at momentum regarding the switching of my debit order.

On the 13th of June I submitted the formal momentum debit order change form.

Now I am told that my cover has been ceased due to a bounced debit order. After speaking to the call centre apparently it refelcts that the details were only updated on the 27th which is after the debit order run has been authorised.

So that means that between the 13th and the 27th nothing was done regarding this. Now I must wait another couple of days for the debit to be re done and in the meanwhile am not covered due to the incompetence of a number of people at momentum.

It further amazes me that my multiplty debit was sorted with no problems but the medical aid was not. It is extremely dangerous not to be covered by medical aid at any time and now I am not covered becuase of the fault of momentum!

Received 2 phone calls about this within minutes of posting the complaint however since then again nothing has been done. The new debit was authorised and I was told would go off in 2 working days which has not happened.
Furthermore I also submitted a claim from my medical savings on the 28th of June and still have not been paid out.
Quick to call act when someone complains but no action to follow it up
