Cruel treatment by Momentum Health
If possible, zero star
They have a recording of why I wanted to join their medical aid, 6 months later after they increases premium, I requested a simple procedure and they took 3 weeks "deciding" hoping I'd die before they confirm. Very cruel stuff very unfair treatment I want my contribution back.

I received no call all day but an email terminating my co tract after I sent my comment here.
If possible, please refund my 6 months payments that i contributed. I'm sure the money is more than enough for the procedure i need done urgently. Enough time has been wasted going back and forth and my operation date was the 28th of March.
My initial call when you responded to my enquiry stated everything I needed the medical aid for, now I have an emergency I get treated like I haven't been paying monthly.
I would blame Momentum if anything goes wrong with me.
