Cover for baby girl cancelled

Approved for medical aid as new clients as of 1 July with no waiting period or conditions. 14-month-old daughter booked into hospital 7 July. Find out on 8 July that medical aid has not given authorisation. Momentum then only researched the history of my daughter and found that she had previous problems we were not aware of due to GP not disclosing the conditions to us. After xrays taken on 7 July, doctors found a \sack"behind my daughters heart and needed to do MRI to find out what it was. Momentum did not give authorisation in time to do scan so scan was cancelled. Later Momentum phoned to say they are not covering anything and are cancelling cover for my daughter who is still lying in hospital. Due to no cover or funds to pay for necessary tests"
