Consultation review.

I got off the phone a female doctor whose name I could not make out, she was so rude and kept on cutting me off while I was trying to explain the situation. She even hung up on me whilst I was speaking to her.

My son is a member with momentum health, he is in his teething stage, one thing i did not appreciate is the fact that i was told to go to the doctor immediately, but the point of a telephonic or virtual consultation is the convenience. I told her becuase i have been through this stage with my son , i will asses the situation at home and because i am a working mom I requested of her to send me a note so that i can stay home and look after my son, however she insisted on me going to the doctor for something that I already know how to treat, as a mother, I was so shocked of the level unprofessionalism that I received and that of a "Proffesional". These doctors really forget about common sense.
