Confirmation Letter

I logged a complaint with Momentum Health regarding '' Outstanding Fees '' a few days ago. I received a confirmation e-mail back stating that they have received my ''Hello Peter Complaint '' and they will revert back to me as soon as possible. A lady with the name Taryn Olivier did phone me regarding this query. She notified me that there is no outstanding fees and that my account is settled. I asked Taryn Olivier to send me a confirmation letter from Momentum Health stating this. Up until today I haven't received any feedback. I e-mailed her once or twice again with no luck. Can someone assist ? Just need a ''confirmation letter '' Please revert back to me as soon as possible.
