I CALLED THE HEALTH4ME MEDICAL AID AND I HAVE BEEN HOLDING FOR MORE THAN 10MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER THAT IS BAD SERVICE I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK I WANT TO DO FOLLOW-UP ON A CLAIM FOR DR J MATHIBEDI PRACTICE NO:***, MEDICAL AID NO:***, DOS: 25/05/2022 AND 24/08/2022 ***. IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME LET IT BE BETWEEN 07:00AM AND 16:00 THANK YOU

20 Apr 2023, 13:30Kindly note this complain is from the Dr accounts department and PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT the patient as the patient has not been advised about this account we will do it ourselves so CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THEIR JOB CALL ME AND NOT THE LADY WHO JUST CALLED ME NOW, THE IS A REASON WHY WE PUT OUR CONTACT NUMBER AS *** ON THE COMPLAIN SO DO NOT RUN AND CALL THE PATIENT THANK YOU
