Claim not returned

Good day I have a issue with momentum with my claims.i have been struggling with them cause everytime I sent them slips or doctors notes they never want to give me my claims back.i really am a good client with momentum but I'm very disappointed with all this so why do they take out money out of my account for health saver but in the end I get no return.i sent them the date of service, practice number and everything.if this is not sorted I rather get better benefits from someone else.ref number ***.medical aid number ***.email address *** or ***.
