claim dsipute - useless (Lack of) Service and all talk and NO action!!!

<p>I have spoken to atleast 5/6 people - i cant say exactly as I have lost count! </p> <p>I was admitted for an emergency procedure on my cheek/face and now Momentum wont pay for the surgeon claiming its dental. </p> <p>All motivations,reports and even pictures have been sent in and still nothing. All i get is - dental is covered under day to day and your savings is depleted! or We will investigate... absolute BULL S&^T ! I have been more thsan understanding and explained the entire story more times than i should have. </p> <p><br />I require the person ABOVE Senzo Ngidi to call me with regards to this claim dispute URGENTLY and in case you even care, a report against momentum has been started with the medical council/ombudsman.</p>
