Chronic Medication

My chronic medication has been approved. I phoned Medipost probably more than 5 times during 2 days, & I phoned momentum probably 5 times during 2 days, and my chronic medication is not yet on its way to me?! Momentum and Medipost your systems are not working !<br> I will go fetch my medication at a normal pharmacy today, because I need it urgently. Oh and Medipost just phoned me to say my mediation will be delivered by Monday?! For real?!<br> And I will claim my medication, and if Momentum is not going to reimburse me, I will cancel this medical aid.<br> Charlotte
