chronic auth is really bad

momentum health is a disappointing medical scheme. my daughter needs growth hormone therapy, after battling cancer, she is now in remission. the cancer treatment stumped her growth, it's only coming to a 33% coverage towards the medication, as for consultations and pathology is not covered.

i am willing to pay a levy on chronic meds but at least pay an acceptable percentage. for me to cover 66% percentage, pathology and consults per month is not affordable... because growth hormone therapy is long term, 5 years. people warned me that momentum will do this, me as a fool i was defending them saying they are a brilliant medical aid, I dont know if my case went to the wrong person in momentum, but unfortunately there seems to be 0 compassion towards to kid that just beat cancer.
