I am changing my medical aid as soon as possible. Momentum has the worst service imaginable. Medical aids are suppose to make things easier and less stressful. I am sure I have now developed hypertension from dealing with this poor service. I wish I knew this before actually needing cover for something for the first time in years and years of no claims.
