Cholesterol levels too low? Outrageous!

Momentum, what is happening? I have been with you guys for so many years, but as the years have progressed, things have just worsened. The health returns/rewards dropped from R1400pm to a mere R400 in January of 2018… not because my health has changed in any way! But rather because of stricter, almost unattainable criteria set this year. But that is not where it stopped! My husband and I went for our annual health assessment on 24 Feb 2018. My cholesterol was 3.83 and my husband's was 3.75. Way below the too high level of 5.1mmol/L. We have had a green (healthy) heart score with Momentum for 5 years plus, but now we were moved to a level lower … apparently not so healthy anymore???? Momentum now penalizes us as our cholesterol levels are "too low"??? No explanation, no advice on how to keep it at your unfair level, nothing. The nurse who did the assessment said that our score was actually perfectly healthy and that a score of under 3 was considered too low. I also asked a doctor about this who confirmed the nurse’s statement? This is absolutely outrageous! Not the nurse, neither the internet could explain how to keep my cholesterol between 4.1 and 5.1mml/L?? To momentum it is not about being healthy, but rather about saving money?? We work out 16 – 18 times a month and eat a healthy, balanced diet. This finger ***** cholesterol test is not even the perfect way to measure cholesterol. Although they can provide accurate results, these test only detect the "total" cholesterol level, which does not provide a complete picture of your risk for heart disease. I am gravely disappointed in how we are unfairly penalized and where you guys are heading to say the least…
