Cholesterol levels too low?!?

My husband and I went for our annual health assessment at the beginning of January. My cholesterol was 3.99 and my husband's 3.5. We have had a green(Healthy) heart score with Momentum Multiply since we were members, this year we were moved to a level lower - apparently not so healthy anymore. Upon investigation, I saw that Momentum penalised us as our cholesterol levels are "too low". I phoned the nurse who helped us with the assessment and she said it is not too low, only below 2.8 is too low. I also submitted a query to a doctor on the Hello Doctor app and the doctor said the exact same as the nurse. I emailed Momentum Multiply with the query and attached the response from the doctor. My emailed was ignored for a week and half. I then phoned the contact centre and a consultant helped me. She said she will have to go to higher management but get back to me the next day. A week later, I still have not heard from her. I then phoned the call centre again and a new consultant helped me. She said a panel of doctors decide on the parameters for the cholesterol and that it must be above 4.1 to be healthy. I find this outrageous. We are losing money every month with the health returns and we are losing points. Our gym benefit has also decreased. We work very hard at being healthy (Gym 6 times a week and eating a healthy, balanced diet) and it is a disgrace that a medical aid penalises their members, and prevents them from receiving their benefits.
