Cheated on Momentum Health care services.

I took up Momentum Health membership since January 2019. I chose the custom plan with State chronic provider having assessed my health profile and also trusting the assistance from a consultant to choose the suitable plan for myself. Later on in the year, around September I got diagnosed for a Major Deppressive Disorder (Major deppression) and had to be on chronic medication right away. I received chronic benefit application forms from Momentum health which stated that the State doctor was to complete the forms inorder for me to receive medication from their facility. I went to 3 different state facilities which are hospitals, all claiming not to have psychiatric services within the hospital. I then finally went to report back to Momentum that I could not find a state facility to assist me. Meanwhile , I had to fund my prescription. Momentum then advised me to obtain a letter from the state doctor affirming that the hospital cannot provide me with the psychiatric services and the type of medication prescribed for me and they went on to promise that if they receive all that info , it will motivate for an authorization for my medication to be issued at a private pharmarcy. I did all as I was told, emailed all the official correspondence including a prescription. In dissappointment, I was shocked by their response saying that my submission had been declined and cannot receive medication from (1) ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER and (2)that my condition is NOT covered as per chosen option. Supprisingly, this is after two months I have been battling and being encouraged to find a facility but (3)this was never mentioned prior when I presented my case. (5) In fact this condition is LISTED under section 5 amongst 34 other conditions covered under this application form which is titled STATE CHRONIC BENEFIT APPLICATION. Now, all of this does not make sense to me and t make me come to thinking that I cannot trust Momentum any further, I feel I have been ****** a lot of money. Each month over R5000 and yet failed to deliver their promises. Why should I keep Health service provider which will lie about provisions from a state medical care.
