Charging me R600 more than the R1500 agreed on!

I was informed telephonically I would be paying R1500 monthly for my medical aid account which would include R600 savings every month for doctors bills, medication etc. I then received my bill of R2100 only to be told the R600 is an additional fee and without it, I would only be given just over R1000 savings to be for EVERYTHING for the ENTIRE Year and whatever was over, I would need to pay myself. They are a bunch of snakes! Absolutely disgusted! It also took them 2 weeks and 4 emails before they bothered to contact me. I do not want Momentum to call me back as I am cancelling. I just want everyone to know what theyre getting into before they make a decision.
