cash back refund

i had a car accident last year, and i had to go for an operation....so my Doctor ordered me to an an X ray done...then when the hospital contacted the insurance to find out about the funds the consultant that was assisting told them i do not have funds in my medical insurance...ofwhich that was a lie.so i had to pay the radiologist by myself....earlier this year i read on their website that i can claim for the funds i paid.. i submitted all the neccessary documents on the 06th of Feb...the told me the claim takes about 2 weeks max to pay out...till today i haven't recieved the funds...i keep calling them and they give me different stories each day...last straw i called in today requesting to speak to the team leader but the consultant "Oratile"that was assisting me hanged up on me....its been 5 full weeks since i waited for the funds.
