Cancelled without any reason

I was suppose to send my bank statements and affidavit to Momentum in order for them to do income verification etc. I send the details through but only the affidavit was received according to the consultant.

I got an e-mail recently where i was put on the highest option. Upon enquiry all of a sudden no documentation was received. First they confirmed it was mow suddenly not. I resend all the documentation and within 24-hours i was told my medical aid was cancelled.

Except that i have muscles issues i am also epileptic.

I cant get answers as to why its cancelled or whats going on.
