Cancelation of operation for no reason
I just spoke to the hospital and they said Momentum canceled the operation for reasons unknown hence I'm still at home and in pain. And I thought things couldn't get worse with these people, now no one is answering their phone even that goodie two shoes Debbie! These people are a joke I'm better off elsewhere

As per our telephone conversation, I tried to contact the case manager at the hospital. The extension rang continuously. I will continue to try, to request the information required to finalize the authorization.
