Good day Momentum Health,

I've requested a DSP list of vascular surgeons from you on the 28/10/24 and to date I've not received anything from you.

My husband had been admitted in September for a fistula and his condition is a PMB but you are refusing to pay or reprocess for PMB because it was a planned admission.

His at end stage renal disease and would need dialysis due to renal failure but no Momentum would rather have the patient die of the medical bills than reprocess the claims.

I am so fed up!!!!
