Breach of Contract

In July 2015 I joined Momentum Health and in October 2015 they approved my appendix operation at Life Bedford Gardens hospital when the hospital admissions asked them for an authorization number. I had the operation done after it was approved by Momentum Health and one month later they reversed the payment to the Life Bedford Gardens hospital and all other medical expenses pertaining to the operation. The reason for the cancellation given by Momentum Health being the non-disclosure of information about the motorcycle accident in 2010 which was paid for at the time by Spectramed. During the telephonic questioning when I joined Momentum, I mentioned this accident but they said it was too long ago to be relevant. The accident had absolutely nothing to do with the acute appendix five years later, but Momentum reversed the payment to the hospital and cancelled my medical aid membership. Afterwards I went to see them at their offices in Centurion, with absolutely no help from their side.
