Breach of Contract

I joined Momentum Medical Aid in October 2017 with inception date of 1 November 2017. On the 5th of March 2018 I was submitted to Sandton Mediclinic, because I passed out and was vomiting. While I was at the hospital, the hospital and doctors informed me that my medical aid, Momentum, declined to give a authorization number, and that I must either book myself out or pay cash as Momentum has declined to authorize anything. I then booked myself out as I declined to pay the huge deposit asked. After a week at home, I then started feeling better and contacted Momentum to find out why they declined my hospital stay. Their answer was that because I was not on the medical aid for 12 months, I do not qualify to visit a hospital and they will have to do a medical history examination on me. I then comp**** and sent them letter from my house doctor, and the Dr at the hospital that examined me on the day of my visit to the ER. There is no hospital records, as I have not been to a hospital from when I was 3 or 4 years old. They have now also excluded me for 1 year for something, which I do not understand. I went to my house Dr because I had gastro, which to me is not a medical condition, as I only got sick from eating something that was off. I have asked them every time that they phoned me, to please E-Mail me what they have said, but to no avail, and I feel that they are hiding something. The day Momentum accepted me as a member, they sent me all documentation, stating that there is no waiting period on any conditions. I feel that I was let down by Momentum and that they have no right to deny me authorization to my hospital visit and not to pay all bills as I could have well needed medical help that day and I may still need it.
