Billing off savings versus chronic benefit

Hi. Year after year I have this same complaint. It is absolutely ridiculous that Momentum and Lancet cannot resolve this matter. Once again the Lancet blood tests have gone off my medical savings versus the chronic benefit. Each year I have to complain to get any service in this manner. I am quite frankly very fedup.
