I joined your medical aid as i believed this is the best medical aid, i then fell pregnant, which was not planned but surely a blessing. I only found out a month ago that now you will not cover my delivery which is a hell of a set back and i surely believed that this is the best medical aid but now being pregnant is a sin cause now this is a exclusion to my benefits as if this covid pandemic is not hard enough on all of us i need to sit with this stress which is causing ne unnecessary stress on my pregnancy and unborn baby. I even offered to pay back payments to topup on this for them to just cover my delivery but they wont even listen to any reason. Very dissapointed.
