BECAUSE OF MOMENTUM PATHCARE IS HANDING ME OVER TO A DEBT COLLECTING AGENCY

I was tested positive for COVID-19. Received a statement from pathcare that i need to pay my statement or i will be given to the debt collectors and immediately i contacted momentum health... im on the ocsacare silver plan... i was advised if i was positive i need to send proof of results so that they can deal with my query. Its been 2 weeks back i last spoke thought its being dealt with Low and behold i received an email from pathcare just now to say im given to the debt collectors. Im not happy about this...
