Bad treatment or bad service

<p>Hi <br />I recently cancelled my medical aids (incentive options ) due to affordability because of not having an income and want to re apply to the ingwe option (which I can afford)and they requesting affidavit /proof that I don't have an income .the issue is when I joined the medical aids they didn't request prove of income .</p>
