Bad service received on Hello Doctor

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received from Dr. Thandeka Maphumulo during my recent consultations on the 31st of May 2025.

On May 31st, 2025, I requested a call from Hello Doctor as I was experiencing severe symptoms of diarrhea. Unfortunately, the service I received fell far short of my expectations based on past positive experiences.

Dr. Thandeka Maphumulo: During our call, Dr. Maphumulo was notably rude and impatient. Given my condition, I was in no state to engage in lengthy discussions or defend my requests. I asked for one day off to recover, but she dismissed my request by stating it was unnecessary. Her demeanor was dismissive and unsupportive, which added to my distress.

The overall service I received was appalling and unprofessional. I have never felt so disregarded and inconvenienced, especially when seeking medical help during a vulnerable time. It is disheartening to be treated with such rudeness and insensitivity by healthcare professionals.

I trust that this complaint will reach the appropriate department for review. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that such behavior does not continue and that future patients receive the compassionate and professional care they deserve.
