Bad Service

Good day.<br> <br> Momentum is not a good medical aid because your consultant service is bad and they are not advising member correctly. I was admitted at A netcare hospital. Reception phoned momentum to retrieve my authorization so that I could be admitted. Then your consultant said I had to pay R1000 to be admitted. When I asked your consultant if this was the only co payment and if momentum would cover the entire bill. Your consultant said yes. I asked him more than once. Then after admission I had to co pay for a catscan. After being released I received this shocker of a hospital bill and anesthetics bill. <br> If i wasn't aloud to be admitted to Krugersdorp your consultant shouldve adviced me correctly then I wouldve gone to the right hospital. And last time I checked Netcare was part of momentum. Why would I pay a medical aid if this is the service and problem that comes with it. When I took out this medical aid I asked for 100% hospital plan and I got a 70% plan.<br> Ref ***<br> Fedhealth never gave me this bad service or problems
