Bad service

I have had been having such a bad experience getting my maternity benefit and hospital benefjt claim paid out. It's been days. Call after call just being placed on hold getting no where. This benefit is supposed ro make my life easier while in hospital or have a newborn but instead l have spent so much time and money chasing after my claim and I'm still nowhere.
