how can a person pay R3,602.00 pm every month for the medical aid and they cant even provide you with a yearly savings contribution, you have pay money yourself into the health saver on top of your monthly contribution.

This is terrible from a a medical aid that makes R43,200.00 a year form a person, when you need the medical aid it doesn't cover everything the doctors and hospitals charge, you have pay cash in as well, then when you have to follow up they don't pay because they don't contribute a single penny to savings. and you have pay cash.

they say take up Gap cover, so you can claim the money you had to pay, yet they cant pay you back because the medical aid has not pay the doctors and hospital yet, they do payments on a Friday. without a tax invoice Gap cover doesn't pay, then you get the invoice then they request for a statement, you get the statement then they quiet.

this is so bad, for a company with millions in revenue every year, we must suffer.
