Bad attitude and service

I really am disappointed in the service received from Momentum. I am in the process of cancelling my medical aid. I honestly do not know how many times I have to ask a question for it to finally be answered and when I do finally receive a response it is less than helpful. I first e-mailed Momentum on 16 March to cancel and ask about my last debit order date, I finally received a response about the last debit order date on 3 April (They had already processsed the cancellation and sent me a few other e-mails inbetween however I had to keep enquiring about the last debit order date) The response time is pathetic and I had to ask at least 3 times to confirm when my last debit order would be going off (each time the question was just ignored in the response). Once I finally got a response I queried it as it did not make sense. I now get this response from Roshinee Naidoo "Please note as previously communicated, your premiums are billed in arrears therefore the premium billed in May will be for the April premium." I did take note of the "previous communication" informing me that my last debit order would be on 1 May, however I queried it as it did not make sense to me. Momentum staff clearly do not seem interested in providing an actual answer to your question but rather giving any sort of generic response just to get you off there back.
