Bad attitude

A lady by the name of Victoria from the authorisation department decided to spread her negative attitude this morning. <br> She clearly is stressed out or frustrated with the numerous responsibilities of her job. She also hasn't been exposed to people being friendly over the phone as she asked if I had found something funny-when in fact, I was being friendly...could someone please give her a permanent break?<br> <br> Many, many thanks!
