BAD!!!!
Good day,
I have emailed and I have phoned then I had to email documents to dental department it is now 1 day 5 hours and I haven't heard back anything I need to get my pre-authorisation for next week thank heavens I didn't tell the Dr. that I want it done Thursday 18 April as I wouldn't have anything!
I want the manager to be in contact with me as I have emailed people at momentum and no one is getting back to me!!!!!!
