Awol card

I am really at my wits end with these people. My card has been \on it's way"since November 2014. Even failed to get it when i gave them an alternate address (so which side has the problem??). Everytime i contact them they tell me it has been issued-according to their system. Last week I suggested sending via courier or that I collect it in person"
